How will they remember you? For the Jolly Ranchers, of course!
LMS cheerleaders jumped in to help with the LUES car rider line and spotted Mr. Franklin—instantly recalling their LUES days and his famous Jolly Rancher treats. Naturally, he had some to share!

APPLE HUNT!
Exciting times in Ms. Fletcher and Mrs. Rawson's Pre-K class! Last week, our little learners dove into the world of apples while practicing their picture and name recognition skills. They had a fantastic apple hunt, where they not only explored but also practiced saying their friends' names!

Best of luck to our swim and volleyball teams on the road today!

We want to send out a big thank you to some of our local scouts for serving during car rider line this morning at LES.

Let’s help students build a habit of good attendance early & often! #BePresentBePowerful

We are monitoring the rain in the forecast for this week, and its effect on our Homecoming activities.

Let's celebrate the power of teamwork and support in our amazing school community!

Happy International Dot Day!
Classes in both our lower and upper elementary schools celebrated creativity and self-expression inspired by the book by Peter H. Reynolds. Students created their amazing dot artwork, showcasing their unique styles for display in the buildings!
In Mrs. Threlkeld's first-grade class, students went above and beyond by designing their dot-day attire at home, displaying incredible creativity. The fun didn’t stop there—everyone participated in various dot-themed activities and enjoyed some delicious dot candy!

LEAD Class Highlights at LMS!
A big thank you to Lafayette Career Coach, Mr. Ronnie Williams, for visiting our LEAD 1 students! Your insights on careers and future opportunities truly inspired our students and opened their minds to what lies ahead.
Meanwhile, our LEAD 2 classes are making a difference in our community! They’ve revitalized the Recycling Club at LMS and recently mended the torn curtains in the LMS auditorium for our Drama Department.
Keep up the great work, LEAD!
