Combination of work-readiness preparation, related occupational instruction, and worksite training.  

l     Minimum of 540 hours worksite training

l     Class projects that simulate independent living, banking  and investing

l     Class projects that bring the on-the-job skills into the classroom

l     Employer banquet that showcases student learning and achievement

l     Excellent opportunity for students to build lifelong career network.

l     Aids the transition from school to work or school to college
